Top 5 Bob’s Burgers Halloween Episodes

One of many things that I love about Bob’s Burgers are the Halloween epsidoes. Since we’re a few days away from Halloween, why not share my favorites for Tuesday’s with Trisha. Initially, Bob’s Burgers didn’t have Halloween epsidoes. It was still up in the air whether it would be a successful show. That’s why I’ll kick off  my Top 5 list with the first Halloween episode.

5. Full Bars: Season 3, Episode 2

Kids can definitely tell the quality of a neighborhood by the candy that gets handed out. I know that sounds bad, but it’s true. I remember a house that would spook up their sunroom and had several stations for Trick or Treaters. You could take something from each bowl till you walked out of there. I realize now that sounds like set up for a horror movie,  but we all made it home no issue.  Thats probably why I was amused by this epsiode.

4. Tina and The Real Ghost: Season 5, Epsiode 2

This epsiode went how I expected, because Tina gets lost in her own schemes. She manages to convince the other teens that her basement is haunted and she’s dating the ghost. She wants an invite to the exclusive haunted hayride, because the self-proclaimed popular kids arent tricker treating this year. Yet somehow a love triangle starts with a box…

3. The Haunting: Season 6, Episode 3

At this point,  most viewers know Louise is a tough nut to crack. She’s not scared easily. Whereas, her family is basically a collection of scaridy cats. So, she’s feeling depressed. Like she’s missing out on a part of Halloween. She genuinely believes she’ll never experience the thrill that comes from terror. Now, she maybe romanticizing this a little, but it’s not hard to understand why she seems to be melancholy about it.

2. The Wolf Of Wharf Street: Season 8, Episode 3

You know, Linda is the type that would be in a  slasher film or a thriller. Cause, why do you have your kids out here trick or treating. Of all the holidays,  Halloween is more likely to get canceled for safety reasons. The news is reporting on a possible monster running loose and Linda thinks it’ll be fine as long a she’s out with the kids.

1. Nightmare On Ocean Avenue: Season 9, Episode 4

There are some negative truths about Halloween. Some people steal candy bags from Tricker Treaters. Honestly,  I think that’s worse than taking ecsessive amounts of candy from pourch bowls. They had to walk miles to get that bounty and someone just runs up and steals the bag. Sure,  you can just buy the candy marked down November 1, but that’s not the point. Yes, this group of teens and kids has to get that candy back. They don’t individually have the money to replace it. Nor the option of just starting over.

Final Thoughts

I’ve had this one in the que for a while. I finally took the time to think about the episodes that’s I like.  If you want to have a Spooky Bob’s Burgers watch party, here is a good place to start. Happy Halloween and see you in November!
