Meme Mondays with Trisha: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

So, my kiddos showed an interest in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. A while back, one of them found several Power Rangers Series in the Children’s DVD Section of our local library. So, we started with Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season One. To my surprise, I ended up actively watching the show with them. It was nice to share a piece of my childhood with them. Although Mighty Morphin Power Rangers has some motivational one-liners, I opted to go with Meme Mondays with Trisha this week. It’s kinda mixed with Random Thoughts too. You’ll see what I mean in a bit.

Because of my littles, I’ve watched Power Rangers Mega Force too. It’s interesting that Mega Force Power Rangers can unlock the previous generations; to include, embodying the same ranger color from different franchises all at once

Look at this adorable baby crossover. Rugrats had a few TV Specials in the 90s and early 00s. There was potential for something like this to happen. Since Dill is the Red Ranger in this meme, I doubt this cross over happened, because Dill came into the picture much later. If this isn’t a fever dream, feel free to tell us when it happened

You know, as a child, I never questioned Tommy’s ability to play the flute with a helmet on. Nor do I recall there series elaborating on that. Also, his megazord was gigantic compared to the others, as it should be. Tommy was overpowered with a complicated origin, and we loved him for it

Honestly, I don’t mind this. This show’s target audience were kids and teens anyways. Why make them work to figure out which Power Rangers they were. The fight scenes were dubbed. Helmets weren’t coming off that often

That’s all folks for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Memes. Hope you smirked and/or chuckled today. See you tomorrow for Tuesday’s mystery post!

Sharing is caring! Let me know what you think.
