Despite the warmth that is encouraged this time of year, some of us are chilled to the bone by harsh truths. Its difficult to reach a state of reverie, because it feels like we are ignoring our reality. Truthfully, a state of mediation and wimsy is good for mental health. We remind ourselves that we’ve had light in our lives before. The origin of that light can be different for everyone. Reverie is a reminder that stress is not the only thing our minds are capable. Let your mind soothe you and bring you inner peace.
