Meme Mondays with Trisha: Banana Bread

Doesn’t it feel like we’ve been too serious lately? I can honestly say I don’t remember the last time we had Meme Mondays with Trisha. So, I had to do something about that,  but what to do? When all else fails, I search for obscure holidays. It just so happens to be National Banana Bread Day. Wouldn’t you know, my search bore fruit…get it…fruit. I’m sorry, I couldn’t help myself. Anways, let’s get into these memes 😅

Did you read this in musical form, because I did. I appreciate the dark humor, because the darker they get the sweeter the bread is
All jokes aside, there is a limit to how long you should hold onto these bad boys.  If you really dont see yourself  baking them at this point, slice them up and freeze them for smoothies
I appreciate the the visual, but would argue this is simply a banana sandwich. Since the bananas are not infused with the bread. It is simple bananas in bread. All jokes aside, I can see someone literally picturing this. Thats why dessert breads are funny. If you think about it, they’re kind of like cakes baked in a loaf pan,  but that’s getting way deeper than this meme intended to be
Simple and controversial. Is banana bread chemistry or is it simple bananas shaped bread. This simple meme has a level of wit and sarcasm that I can appreciate
This my friends are how muffins and dessert breads infiltrated the breakfast table. All three separately would make a healthy breakfast. You get the quick boost from the banana, the protien from the egg, and the slow burn or wheat bread. What about the other ingredients 🤔
