Motivational Mondays with Trisha: Hobbies

Is life feeling stagnant? Has doom scrolling taken up all your free time? It might be time to try new things or consider reviving old hobbies. Growing up, I recall when I stopped making time for activities that brought me joy. The things that stayed had practical uses. As adults, we pour a lot of our time and resources into others. There’s nothing wrong about being of service to others. Nor, having side hustle sustained by your hobbies. That doesn’t mean you can’t do things for you. Your joy is enough. Your renewal is enough. This week, I hope you commit to starting a new hobby. It’s not selfish to center yourself.  Everything doesn’t have to be monetized.
