Are your Christmas Stockings for show or do you fill them with treats and small gifts? Mine are more than decorations. In my opinion, stocking stuffers are a great way to show your affection. I like to hide gifts near the bottom and conceal them with candy. I apply this tradition to presents that are so small they’d get buried under piles of torn wrapping paper. Like Christmas Socks.
Socks are light weight and flexible enough to gift as a Stocking Stuffer. I’m not talking about a 10 Pack of White Crew Length Socks. I mean quality festive knee high socks. The problem is finding Christmas Socks that are worth the money. I can’t stand festive socks that look cute on the outside, but have prickly embroidery thread on the inside. Some say beauty is pain, but what’s the point of giving your mother, sister, wife, aunt or friend a gift they can’t use? In fact, the ladies in your life can have cute and comfortable Christmas Socks. I bought a couple from kneehighsocks.org.
Who Has Christmas Socks?
From subtle to Ugly Christmas Sweater level, Chrissy’s Knee High Socks has many Christmas designs to choose from. So, I decided to go big or go home. I bought Blue Snowflake Socks and Rudolph The Red Noise Reindeer Socks. Based on the photo, I liked how subdued the Snowflake knee highs looked. They are giving Silent Night vibes. The Reindeer Socks were the polar opposite. They were bold and colorful. Somehow, the reindeer manages to stand out. Since I bought them on-line, the real test was seeing how they’d fit and feel in-person.
Online Shopping and Shipping Experience
Since I bought them December 5th, I choose Standard Shipping (4 – 8 Business Days). My socks arrived by USPS Priority Mail just in time for Tuesdays Mystery Post. Each pair of Chrissy’s Christmas Socks were $2.00 off the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price. Plus, I used the CANDY Coupon Code for 15 percent off, which ends on December 18th. If you’re still on the fence about buying Christmas Socks, take a look at my new Christmas Socks.
Fit and Design
I wasn’t worried about the fit, because Chrissy’s Christmas Socks are made for Women’s Size 7-11. These are not unisex socks. If your buying for others, I suggest checking their shoe size first. Knee high socks can turn into thigh highs on certain builds or won’t fit at all. Keep that in mind for fashion forward teens that aren’t wearing women’s shoes sizes yet.
Although they look like custom printed socks, you can see where some of the design is embroidered. This detail ensure the longevity of the design over multiple washes. Since they are Polyester with 5 percent Spandex the design stretches to accommodate curvy and muscular calves.
Overall, my new Christmas Socks are comfortable. They felt soft from the inside out. The Spandex helped the Polyester stretch, which helped the socks snug my calves without cutting off circulation. They arrived within 4 to 8 Business Days as promised. They don’t feel or look cheap. They add a soft protective buffer from denim and boots. Although, I picked bold Christmas Socks, Chrissy’s Knee High Socks have festive designs that can be worn year-round. If you’re still chipping away at your Christmas gift list, considering checking out what Chrissy’s has to offer.
