Motivational Mondays with Trisha: Lord of the Rings

Movies that are based on books tend to be full of great quotes. Lord of the Rings is no acception. Truthfully J.R.R. Tolkien has plenty of pearls of wisdom within The Hobbit as well. Today, I wanted to focus on Lord of the Rings. Although J.R.R. Tolkien is a famous author, Peter Jackson and New Line Cinema introduced me to The Lord of the Rings (film) trilogy. Watching these dialogue come to life is a cinematic experience that has stayed with me for decades. Throughout the trilogy darkness attempts to engulf Middle Earth, which at this point is most full of the race of men. There are times were admitting defeat is more tempting than overcoming darkness. That’s what I wanted to focus on today. If your journey is filling your light, I hope you can find solace. A Lord of the Rings marathon might do some good too. If your more of a purist, consider checking out the books the films are based on.
