Motivational Mondays with Trisha: January

We are a week into the New Year and it’s the middle of Winter/Rainy Season. The atmosphere is a bit cold and uncomfortable. It’s make it hard to plant seeds for the New Year, because the Season of Growth is associated with Spring. From that perspective, it makes sense that people struggle to transition from 2023 to 2024. The previous year ended with Winter. So January 8, 2024 can feel like December 8, 2023. That is okay. You don’t have to rush to embrace the New Year.
