Motivational Mondays with Trisha: Bluey

You know there’s a joke that every generation has their blue dog. Although Nick Jr has been able to keep Blues Cluess going, there’s just something about Bluey that appeals to the whole family. Blue is cute but she felt forced on me. When she came out, I already grew out of the demographic, but I had siblings. On the other hand, I’m the one that introduced my kids to Bluey. Instagram was serving me short clips and one liners from the show. In fact, I’m the one that borrowed Seasons One & Two from the library for my kids. It only took a few episodes for them to fall in love with Bluey and Bingo.

In my opinion the show tackles different important topics that can be hard for children to comprehend. There is parental healing going on in plain sight as well. This is evident in Season Three.
