Do you need a personal trainer, but do not have the funds? Guess what, Sworkit is here! Sworkit is a fitness app that provides strength training as well as cardio and streching. You can decide what you want to do and how much time you have to get through it. Yes, there are plenty of workout routines online and in magazines, but it can be annoying and fustrating to read the directions mid workout. Instead, Sworkit tells you what your next exercise is. If you don’t know how to do it, you can click the video tab. Once you’ve watched enough of it, you can return to the work out. Plus if you accept the video upgrade the demonstrater will show you how to do it during the whole exercise.

Personally, I use this app for streching and yoga; However, if I get bored with my other routines, I will pick a strength training excercise. In addition, Sworkit can hold you accountable. Simply, set a goal. After each routine, you will see how much time you spent and how much time you have left to meet your goal.
Also, I like the stats tab. This tab present data through a pie chart, bar graph, and tables. It tracks calroies, time spent, and your workout routines. If your tracking this information, you can save time.
There is a down side, the apps data cannot be transfered to another tablet, ipad, or kindle. So, if your using what is convenient, it may look like you haven’t met your goals for the day. Also, I paid for the pro app. I thought there would be more routines available. It didn’t cost that much, so I don’t feel cheated.
If you need a little motivation, you should deffientaly download this app. I always have a habit of not streching after a workout. Now, I make sure I do. My body thanks me for it.
