Motivational Mondays with Trisha: Things to Remember

It may not feel like it, but we’re finally in the Brrrr Month’s! When Summer relinquishes control, Autumn will reign. Plus holiday prep is in progress as we speak. There’s so much too look forward to that it can be an unexpected time of self criticism for different reasons. One, we’re heading into the final quarter of the year. Two, this time of abundance inadvertently causes people to reflect on their productivity and how they’ll show up for others. Not to say, there aren’t people that’ll save those kind of thoughts for December 31st. My point is I’d like to help others manage those thoughts. So, I’m sharing a variety of “Things to Remember” list with y’all.

People that generally fine most of the year, can get caught of guard by thoughts that seems to be triggered annually. Seasonal Affective Disorder, commonly referred to as Seasonal Depression, is a possible culprit. It can start this early. You don’t have to be stuck in your home during inclement weather for Seasonal Depression to move in. Sometimes, we’re the only people we can lean. Considers these reminders tools to counter thoughts brought on by the season.
